On September 7, 2023, the ������������ Environmental influences on Child Health Outcomes (ECHO) Program presented a concept titled “Reissue Concept Clearance: IDeA States Pediatric Clinical Trials Network Third Cycle - NOFOs For Data Coordinating and Operations Center and Clinical Sites” to the  for clearance. A concept describes the purpose, scope, and objectives of a potential solicitation of grants that receives public advice, from the Council of Councils, on its merits. The Council of Councils cleared the ECHO concept.
